2. Description of Service
African Distributor provides a membership platform for organisations operating in or targeting African markets. The Service includes public listings, verification services, and member management tools.
3. Membership and Registration
To become a member, you must submit an application and pay the applicable membership fee. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed annually. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing members.
5. Profile Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your organisation profile. Changes to certain fields may require approval before publication. We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these terms.
6. Verification
Verification badges indicate that an organisation has submitted documentation for review. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of business practices, financial stability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your membership at any time, but fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, African Distributor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
